The possible transfer of Alexis Mac Allister from Brighton Hove & Albion to Liverpool could be finalised quicker than originally thought.

Liverpool are looking for at least three new midfielders for next season and the Reds are keen to beat the competition for Mac Allister. The 24-year-old midfielder has developed into one of the Premier League’s leading midfielders and that has attracted the interest of several clubs. Liverpool are not prepared to wait too long to sign Mac Allister and they have reportedly already opened talks with both Brighton and the midfielder.
