Manchester United are monitoring the current situation of Neymar at Paris Saint-Germain. The Brazilian super star joined the French club from FC Barcelona in 2017 with the challenge to win the club their first ever Champions League. After five seasons Neymar still hasn’t delivered and with his massive wages he would be a player that the PSG board would consider to sell.

According to Foot Mercato, United have been looking at Neymar and his current situation in Paris. The English giants are one of the few clubs in the world who would be able to cover the massive salary of the 31-year-old and they might be interested to sign the Brazilian forward for a respectable fee if he would become available on the transfer market this summer, especially if the proposed club take-over to a group of Qatari investors will be completed.

United are not the only English club that has been linked with Neymar in recent months. Chelsea have been looking at the player for quite some time and even had a meeting with representatives of the forward last summer. A transfer to London was eventually canceled and Neymar remained in Paris. However, the attacker would not have completely forgotten about a transfer to the Premier League and he could be open to the idea of joining Man United during the summer.
