A report by Sky Sports has claimed that United will be using their full budget to sign Tottenham Hotspur forward Harry Kane, West Ham United star Declan Rice and unhappy Chelsea midfielder Mason Mount.

The report by Sky Sports suggests that the Red Devils have a 300 million euro transfer budget to spend and have marked the three England stars as their main targets. Kane could cost United up to 120 million euros, while West Ham are asking between 80 and 100 million for Rice. Mount will be the cheapest of the three as Chelsea could sell for a fee around 60 million euros.
